For our Pinot Blanc Fumé, we use only the finest grapes from our vineyards in Alsheim. After the painstaking harvest, the grapes are pressed, and the must is fermented and aged in used French and American oak barrels. Our flagship wine shines golden yellow in the glass and has an intense aroma of vanilla and ripe fruit. In the mouth, you immediately notice that this wine is rich and profound. Fine acidity, smoothness, wood, a hint of coconut, and ripe apricot spread across the tongue and fill the entire mouth. Be sure to decant at least an hour before drinking to allow it to open perfectly. A wine to keep you busy. Aging potential: at least 5 years.
